Submitted applications will pass through the following stages before being granted

Eligibility check Stage

• Is the application complete ?
• Is the “Forwarding” Letter uploaded ?
• Is the Employment / registration Uploaded ?
• Has the Candidate been a beneficiary of a grant of the Project before ?

This stage is to ensure the adequacy of the candidate for the selection.

Assessment of Academic Quality Stage

Applications reviewing and ranking will be based on the following criteria:

Interview may be requested by the Host institution for potential applicants.

Selection Stage

Some additional criteria may be taken into consideration before the final selection:

• Distance.
• Target groups.
• Type of mobility.
• Gender balance.
• Geographic distribution.
• Specialization.
• Host University Priorities.
