Students and staff members of all partner universities, both from the EU and Egypt, can apply for scholarships. Please note that exchange between two EU countries and with Egypt is not possible.

Mobility of EU Nationals to Egyptian Universities

In order to be eligible, applications:

1. Must have the nationality of one of the eligible European countries;

2. Must have sufficient knowledge of the language of the courses or of one of the languages currently spoken in the hosting countries;

3. Must be registered/employed at one of the partner European institutes (target group 1)

Mobility of Egyptian National to European Universities

In order to be eligible, applicants:

1. Must have Egyptian Nationality

2. Must have sufficient knowledge of the language of the courses

3. Must belong to one of the following target groups:

For target group 1

Candidates should be registered in one of the universities member of the partnership when applying to your partnership.
European students must have the nationality of one of the eligible European countries.

For target group 2

Applicants need to be registered at an Egyptian University that is not a partner in the FFEEBB project.
